What are your office policies concerning cancelled or missed appointments?
1. It is the patient’s responsibility to remember their appointment. Staff availability and time permitting, we try to call and confirm appointments a day in advance. This is not always possible and is done strictly as a courtesy. Please do not depend on us for a REMINDER except for procedures with anesthesia. Not receiving a confirmation call is no excuse for missing your appointment.
2. There will be a $75.00 charge applied to a patient’s account for missed office appointments and a $100.00 charge for missed procedures. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
