Nurses and Medical assistants will always take care of you as you come into the office, get you into the exam rooms and take your vital signs. Dr. Choquette utilizes certified Physician Assistants (PA-C) to help him see and care for the volume of patients that we need to take care of. Dr. Choquette will evaluate all new patients and be intrinsically involved in all aspects of treatment for all of our patients. Personal attention is our goal, your satisfaction our priority, your pain our enemy.
