Doctor Choquette is the Director of Pennsylvania Pain Management, Inc. since 1994. Dr. Choquette is a graduate of St. John’s University and the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management by the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Choquette is a member of the American Osteopathic Society, The American Pain Society, PA Osteopathic Medical Assoc. and the Lehigh Valley Osteopathic Society.

Melissa M. Gaspar, has been a Physicians’ Assistant at Pennsylvania Pain Management, Inc. since 2005. She received her Masters degree from DeSales University and is certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants since 2001. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
